Liquor License Hearing Set for Auggie’s Market After City Council Approval

On Monday, February 2, 2026 the La Junta City Council unanimously approved a fermented malt beverage and wine liquor license application by The Colorado Harvest Markets Inc. doing business as Auggie's Market at 315 W. 2nd Street, which is the former location of the La Junta Safeway.

La Junta City Attorney Erin Harris said that the public hearing for the liquor license will be held on March 16, 2026.

When SECO News asked for more information La Junta City Manager Michael Hart said, "No."

"AUGGIE'S MARKET" is a Colorado Trade Name filed on January 7, 2026. The company's filing status is listed as Effective January 7, 2026. The company's principal address is 201 East 4th Street 88, Loveland, CO 80537.
