Obituary

Jacalyn Ann Godisak of Ordway passed away at home at the age of 74. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI to George and Donna Swainston. She grew up in the Grand Rapids area. She found love throughout her life. She married her husband Pat Godisak and moved to Texas. Jackie was an avid reader. She loved a good love story. Nora Roberts was one of her favorite authors. She also enjoyed going to the lake and boating. She loved her family, especially watching family play sports. After her husband Pat passed away she moved to Colorado.

Jackie is survived by her 2 children: Melanie Magnan of CA, Ryan Amelia of MI, numerous nieces & nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews as well as friends and further family who will dearly miss her.

She was preceded in death by her husband Patrick Godisak, brother George Swainston, parents George & Donna Swainston.
Private services will be held. Bellwood Ustick Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
