La Junta Senior Golf League Results Oct 21, 2025

The La Junta Senior Golf League held its final 2025 meeting on October 21 with 41 golfers on eight teams. Each hole featured a unique format, including club restrictions and alternate tee boxes. Challenge chips were on holes 3 and 5, but no golfer made either chip.  An additional chipping game on the practice green was set up: Larry Herrera and Fred Grantham made the chips into the circles on the green.

Before we got started announcements were made: a special thank you and prize was given to CaSandra Thomas for her support of the league; Jay and Cathy Bollacker, and Mike Bauserman were thanked by the group for their work for the league. An end-of-season report will be sent out to all members through email.

Jay will be in the golf course parking lot next Tuesday, October 28, from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. for any final envelopes of the season. If you can't attend, contact Jay to arrange another time.
