La Junta Dispatch Transition to Rocky Ford Communications Ensures Continued 911 and Public Safety Services
Rocky Ford Emergency Communications Center is honored to welcome La Junta Communications dispatchers as part of our family, and we are excited to grow together in service to our community. Their experience, dedication, and heart for helping others will strengthen our team, and together, we remain committed to serving our community—every call, every time.
We want to reassure our community that 911 services and all public safety communications currently provided by the La Junta Communications Center will not be interrupted during this transition. When you call, help will be there, and your call will be answered by trained professionals with the same care, urgency, and commitment you have always relied on.
This transition will be handled with care to ensure continuity of service, because your safety and peace of mind are our top priority.
We want to emphasize that this change will not affect any of the services Rocky Ford Emergency Communications Center already provides—everything you rely on will continue without interruption.

For all calls for service, please continue to call 719-384-2525.
You will be prompted with the following options:
• Press 1 – Dispatch for calls for service or to speak with an officer
• Press 2 – Police Administration (records, sex offender registration, VIN inspections, and other administrative services)
