Prowers County, CO — The Prowers County Board of County Commissioners has ordered all county flags to be flown at half-staff until further notice in honor of Prowers County Sheriff’s Captain Randy Morris, who passed away on March 30, 2026.
Captain Morris faithfully served the citizens of Prowers County for three decades, having joined the Prowers County Sheriff’s Office in 1996. Throughout his distinguished career, he demonstrated unwavering dedication, integrity, and commitment to public safety.
